Under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, you will provide occupational therapy services, administer treatments, collect assessment data, and maintain documentation.

Requirements include current OTA licensure in the state, graduation from an accredited OTA program, CPR if applicable, TB/health requirements, and ability to work a 40-hour

• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
