ProTherapy Staffing seeks a Travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a 13-week SNF assignment in Montesano, WA.

Qualifications

• Active Washington state COTA license.
• Experience in SNF settings preferred.
• Willingness to travel for assignments.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in rehabilitation programs per plan of care.
• Document progress and maintain accurate session notes.
• Assist with patient training and equipment setup as needed.
