Assist residents with bathing, dressing, feeding and other daily activities
Monitor residents' vital signs and promptly report changes to nursing staff

Document resident care activities accurately and comply with facility policies
High school diploma or equivalent
Active CNA license in Minnesota
CPR certification
First Aid certification
Minimum 6 months CNA experience in long-term care or similar setting
Ability to lift or move residents
