Job summary

Srimatrix Health is seeking a compassionate Travel Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a Long-Term Care assignment in Alaska. This travel role provides direct patient care for adult and geriatric residents with 12-hour shifts over a 13-week assignment.

You will assist with ADLs, provide personal care, monitor safety, document care, and collaborate with the care team. Alaska CNA and BLS certs are required; LTC or hospital experience is preferred. Travel stipend may apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current unrestricted Alaska CNA Certification.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and oral hygiene.
• Assist with feeding and meal Support.
• Ambulate, reposition, transfer, and transport residents safely.
• Answer call lights and respond promptly to resident needs.
• Provide one-to-one observation and safety monitoring when required.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
