Job summary

Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant to facilitate consults within nursing home facilities on behalf of our medical team.

You will assist providers using a tablet device and support compassionate, patient-centered care. A strong candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment, and the flexibility to travel across multiple states to support operations.

Qualifications

• CNA board certified with ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to travel across states on short notice.
• Resides in Pennsylvania and has a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with facility contact to schedule patient visits.
• Follow pre-established office lists to ensure all patients are seen.
• Support medical team with clinical tasks and monitoring.
• Travel to various nursing facilities across states as needed.

Job Summary

Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking professional and compassionate full-time Certified Nursing Assistant to facilitate consults within a nursing home facility on behalf of our medical team. You will be assisting providers in Nursing Homes with a tablet device. A strong candidate will have great interpersonal skills and the ability to create a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating with the designated facility contact for each location
• Following a pre-established list from the office to ensure that all patients are seen and provided with appropriate care
• Performing additional duties as required to facilitate medical services and clinical monitoring
• Traveling to various facilities across different states as needed to support operations

Requirements

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA Board Certified )
• Ability or experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate the ability to maintain composure when confronted by difficult situations and to respond appropriately
• Flexibility to travel on short notice
• Currently resides in the state of Pennsylvania
• License to drive
• Prolonged standing/walking. Lifting/moving patients. Lifting up to 20+ lbs. Frequent travel.
