Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant to facilitate consults within nursing home facilities on behalf of our medical team. You will assist providers in nursing homes with a tablet device, coordinating with facility staff to ensure compassionate, patient-centered care.

The ideal candidate is CNA-certified, able to travel, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent interpersonal support to residents and families.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) board certified.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain composure in difficult situations.
• Flexibility to travel on short notice.
• Currently resides in Massachusetts.
• Driver's license required.
• Prolonged standing/walking, lifting/moving patients, lifting up to 20+ lbs, frequent travel.

Responsabilités

• Coordinating with the designated facility contact for each location.
• Following a pre-established list from the office to ensure all patients are seen and provided with appropriate care.
• Performing additional duties as required to facilitate medical services and clinical monitoring.
• Traveling to various facilities across different states as needed to support operations.

Requirements

• Ability or experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate the ability to maintain composure when confronted by difficult situations and to respond appropriately
• Flexibility to travel on short notice
• Currently resides in the state of Massachusetts
• License to drive
• Prolonged standing/walking. Lifting/moving patients. Lifting up to 20+ lbs. Frequent travel.
