Job summary

E-3 Technical Solutions is seeking Central Office Installers (Levels 1–4) for a full-time, nationwide travel role. You’ll install, maintain, and upgrade telecom equipment in central offices and data centers across the U.S., with four‑week travel blocks and a dynamic, team‑focused environment.

Candidates should have prior central office or data center experience, be able to read specs, and hold a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel nationwide for extended periods.
• Experience in a Central Office or data center environment is required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio).

Responsibilities

• Install, remove, and maintain central office equipment and power systems.
• Perform power transitions, battery installations/removals, and power board modifications.
• Conduct equipment testing, system turn‑up, and fiber optic characterization.
• Supervise or lead job sites and oversee subcontractors and junior technicians.
• Read and verify job specs and site drawings; resolve issues as needed.
• Maintain documentation and communicate project updates with customers and internal teams.
