You will supervise a team, manage inventory, analyze performance, and implement promotions while maintaining health and safety standards. The role requires leadership, flexibility for nights/weekends, and a focus on creating a welcoming shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Ability to analyze financial reports and sales data.
• Effective communication with staff and customers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with inventory control and loss prevention strategies.
