Pilot Company is seeking team-oriented individuals to join our travel centers. You will help maintain clean facilities, assist guests, and contribute to a welcoming environment in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities include cleaning showers and restrooms, loading towels, minor repairs, waste removal, and delivering excellent guest service. Previous experience is a plus; training is available.

Qualifications

• Must be a motivated self-starter.
• Able to work well within a team.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall cleanliness of the store.
• Clean showers and restroom facilities.
• Wash, load, and unload towels for showers.
• Perform general repair/maintenance of the store.
• Handle trash around the travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.
