Job summary

Pilot Company is hiring for a Facility Services role at our travel centers. You will maintain cleanliness, assist with shower and restroom upkeep, and support routine maintenance to ensure a welcoming guest experience.

The position requires a self-motivated team player, the ability to lift 50 pounds and work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays. Prior experience is helpful but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining overall cleanliness of the store.
• Cleaning showers and restroom facilities.
• Washing, loading, and unloading towels for showers.
• Performing general repair/ maintenance of the store.
• Picking up and taking all trash around travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.
