Job summary

Pilot Flying J is seeking a Maintenance/Facilities Associate to help keep our travel center clean and welcoming. You will clean and maintain showers, restrooms, and guest areas, and assist with basic repairs as needed to ensure a great guest experience.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and the ability to lift and move supplies. We offer a supportive environment with opportunities across travel centers and restaurants.

Qualifications

• Motivated self-starter with ability to work in a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk most of the day.
• Flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall cleanliness of the store.
• Clean showers and restroom facilities.
• Wash, load, and unload towels for showers.
• Perform general repair/maintenance of the store.
• Pick up and take out trash around the travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.
