The Customer Service Attendant is a key member of the store team responsible for maintaining our buildings and facilities in a clean, sanitary condition in accordance with TA standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays.
• Works well with others and is excited to be part of the team.
• Dedicated and reliable individual who can follow safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Work in a fun, trusting environment focused on great customer service.
• Clean all areas of the facility as directed and provide guests with a clean, sanitary environment.
• Know and follow safety and security guidelines; report unsafe situations and take corrective action when necessary.
• Wear and use protective equipment properly and safely.
• Know quantities and types of cleaning supplies used for each cleaning assignment.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
