Job summary

TNAA TotalMed Allied seeks a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 20-week assignment in Normal, Illinois. The role requires 1 year of Cath Lab experience, BLS/ACLS and appropriate certification (ARRT or RCIS preferred), with 40 hours per week and night shifts.

Responsibilities include preparing rooms and equipment, scrubbing in during cardiovascular procedures, and recording hemodynamic data while assisting the physician. Travel status and license requirements apply.

Qualifications

• BLS, ACLS, ARRT (R) - CI preferred or CCI-RCIS certification; state licensing as required.
• 1 year of Cath Lab experience required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Cardiac Lab rooms and ensure stock, sterilization as applicable.
• Prepare patient and equipment for procedures, draping, aligning catheters, calibrating transducers.
• Operate and ensure QC of equipment in the cath lab; scrub in during procedures.
• Obtain and record hemodynamic/electrical/angiographic data, monitor patient status.
• Assist physicians with catheter manipulation and defibrillation/CPR if needed.
