Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Mesa, Arizona. The role requires handling diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures, preparing patients and equipment, and assisting physicians during procedures while maintaining patient safety.

The position offers 40 hours per week, days shift, travel benefits, and comprehensive pay and benefits package, with licensure and certification support as part of the package.

Qualifications

• One year's recent experience as a Cardiac Cath Lab Tech.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification.
• ARRT, RCES, or RCIS certification.
• Current ACLS (AHA/ARC) certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and position patients for cardiac catheterization and related procedures.
• Assist physicians during procedures by passing catheters, wires, balloons, and stents; operate imaging equipment.
• Maintain sterile technique and ensure equipment readiness.
• Document patient data, imaging results, and equipment logs.
• Support inventory management and supplies storage.
• Adhere to radiation safety protocols and hospital policies.
