Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Cath Lab is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Fort Walton Beach, FL. You will assist in diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures, prepare patients and equipment, and monitor hemodynamic data in a high-pressure environment.

Requirements include 1 year of Cath Lab experience and active BLS, ACLS, and ARRT/RCIS/RCES certifications. The role offers comprehensive benefits and a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a Cardiac Cath Lab Tech is required.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification is required.
• ARRT, RCIS, or RCES certification is required or preferred.
• Current ACLS (AHA/ARC) certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and position patients for cardiac catheterization and related procedures.
• Assist physicians during procedures by passing catheters, wires, balloons, and stents; operate imaging and monitoring equipment.
• Scrub in and assist with sterile field setup and infection control.
• Maintain documentation for patient records, imaging data, and equipment logs.
• Ensure radiation safety and compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
• Perform other duties within the scope of practice as assigned.
