Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing seeks a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Eureka, California. The role involves assisting in diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures, preparing patients and equipment, and ensuring patient safety in a high-pressure environment.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of Cath Lab experience, BLS, ACLS, and ARRT/RCIS/RCES certifications, with a Radiologic Technologist license preferred. Travel benefits and competitive pay are offered.

Qualifications

• One year of recent Cath Lab Tech experience.
• BLS (AHA/ARC) certification required.
• ARRT, RCIS or RCES certification required.
• ACLS (AHA/ARC) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and position patients for cardiac procedures in the Cath Lab.
• Assist physicians during angiography, angioplasty, and stent placement.
• Operate imaging equipment and monitor hemodynamic data.
• Maintain sterile technique and ensure patient safety throughout procedures.
• Document procedures and manage supplies and equipment
