Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Phoenix, Arizona. The role requires 1 year of Cath Lab experience, ARRT(R) certification preferred, and BLS/ACLS compliance.

Responsibilities include scrubbing, instrument setup, and hemodynamic data collection during cardiac procedures. Shifts are 12-hour days with a tax-free stipend and travel pay as part of TotalMed Allied’s travel program.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Cath Lab experience or AS equivalent.
• ARRT(R) certification preferred or CI-RCIS/CCI-RCIS considered.
• BLS and ACLS are required; state licensing as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Cardiac Lab procedure rooms with stock and sterilization.
• Prepare patient and equipment for procedures, drape and set up entry site.
• Operate and ensure quality control of all Cath Lab equipment.
• Scrub in during procedures and assist physicians with catheter maneuvers.
• Record hemodynamic and angiographic data using appropriate systems.
• Monitor patient hemodynamics during procedures in the Cath Lab.
• Assist in life-saving measures such as CPR when needed.
