MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a travel assignment in Clinton, Maryland. The role requires 36 hours per week with 12-hour day shifts, supporting the cardiac catheterization lab team.

Qualifications

• Current license in good standing.
• Appropriate specialty certifications/credentials.
• Two years of Cath Lab experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, safe, competent patient care in the Interventional Cardiology department.
• Assist in invasive cardiac or peripheral vascular diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Maintain high-quality patient care by communicating with patients, families, and physicians.
• Works under the direction and immediate supervision of the cardiologist/radiologist performing the procedure.
• Assist during procedures by operating ancillary equipment, obtaining catheters, wires and medications as ordered.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and accepted guidelines.
• Deliver cost-effective, patient-focused care.
• Promote a safe, professional work environment.
• Prepare and update patient records accurately.
