Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for an assignment in Anchorage, Alaska. The role requires 1 year of cath lab experience and involves scrubbing, monitoring, and assisting in diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures.

The position offers 40 hours per week, 10-hour shifts, and a travel-friendly schedule. Candidates should hold BLS/ACLS and ARRT (R) as preferred or required by the state, with licensing as needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in cath lab required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; ARRT preferred.
• State licensing may be required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Cardiac Lab rooms and ensure stock and sterilization are ready.
• Set up patients and equipment for cardiac procedures and coordinate with staff.
• Operate and monitor equipment, scrub in, and assist physicians during procedures.
• Record hemodynamic, electrical, and angiographic data during procedures.
• Monitor patient status and assist in life-saving measures as needed.
