Thrive Staffing is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Houston, Texas. The role focuses on supporting the Cardiac Cath Lab while performing catheterization procedures and patient care under the supervision of physicians and nurses.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of Cath Lab experience, BLS certification, and RCIS credentials via CCI. The position offers 40 hours weekly, 4x10 hour shifts, with on-call duties and travel requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
• BLS Certification required; RCIS via CCI preferred.
• Familiarity with equipment and procedures in the cardiac cath lab.

Responsabilités

• Assist in monitoring and conducting cardiac procedures in the Cath Lab.
• Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to provide high-quality care.
• Operate and maintain relevant medical equipment; ensure tools are functional.
• Adhere to safety protocols to protect patient comfort and safety during procedures.
• Document patient care activities in the Epic EMR system.
