Unit Information
- Beds: 1 room; Brand-new hybrid cath lab/OR
- Likely 1-2 cases per day
- Minimum Years of Experience required: Nurse & Tech: Minimum of 2 years in procedure area
- Will you accept a first-time traveler? Yes, under review of skills and management
- Patient Types/Common Diagnoses: Adults
- Cases/Procedure Types:
- Open and closed procedures
- TAMBE - thoracoabdominal branch endoprosthesis - REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, decline if they do not have this
- PMEG - physician modified endovascular graft - REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, decline if they do not have this
- TCAR - transcarotid arterial revascularization
- TEVAR - thoracic endovascular aortic repair
- TAVR - transcatheter aortic valve repair
- TMVR - transcatheter mitral valve repair
- AIFF - aortoiliac femoral femoral angiogram
- Femoral bypass
- Required Certifications: Tech: ARRT or equivalent OR RCIS is required, BLS, ACLS
- Required Education: Cath Lab Tech/Cath Lab/Endovascular: AS Degree
- Skills required: Tech: Experience with endovascular procedures with cardiothoracic surgeons required
