Job summary

This 13‑week travel assignment is 36 hours per week, 12‑hour days, with active involvement in high‑acuity cardiovascular cases. Experience across EP, cardiac catheterization, neurointerventional, and structural heart labs is preferred; familiarity with Siemens equipment and RCIS certification

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Cardiac Cath Lab or EP Lab experience.
• State CT Radiographer license with ARRT (R) and/or RCIS certification.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Scrub electrophysiology procedures including ablations and device implants.
• Scrub cardiac catheterization procedures (diagnostic/interventional PCI/atherectomy).
• Support with mechanical circulatory support devices (e.g., Impella, IABP).
• Assist radial and femoral vascular access and closure devices.
• Support neurointerventional and peripheral vascular procedures.

Ideal tech will be a cross-trained cardiovascular technologist with advanced experience across EP, cardiac catheterization, neurointerventional, and structural heart laboratories.

Proficient in supporting high-acuity and complex cardiovascular procedures, including emergent and advanced interventional cases.

Required:

State of CT Radiographer license in conjunction with ARRT (R) and/or RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) certification through CCI

Minimum 3 years + Cardiac Cath Lab / EP Lab experience

BLS

ACLS

Proficient in scrubbing electrophysiology procedures, including ablations, device implants, generator changes, lead revisions, and leadless pacing systems (Micra, Aveir preferred).

Proficient in scrubbing cardiac catheterization procedures, including diagnostic and interventional cases (PCI, atherectomy), and supporting mechanical circulatory support devices (Impella, IABP, temporary pacing).

Experience supporting neurointerventional and peripheral vascular procedures, including diagnostic angiography and endovascular interventions

Expertise in assisting with radial and femoral vascular access, sheath management, and vascular closure devices.

Preferred:

If a licensed radiologic technologist - Familiarity with Siemens and RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) certification through CCI

Proficient in scrubbing structural heart procedures, including TAVR, MitraClip, PFO/ASD closure, and Watchman.

Skilled in advanced cardiovascular imaging and technologies, including ICE, IVUS, OCT, and 3D mapping systems and mechanical circulatory support devices.
