Location: Olympia, Washington. Start Date: 07/13/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Employment Type: Travel. Shift: 10‑hour days, 40 hours per week.

Job Description & Requirements

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a Cath Lab Technologist to provide technical assistance in the cardiac catheterization laboratory for one of our top healthcare clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, safe, competent and quality patient care in the Interventional Cardiology department.
• Assist in the performance of invasive cardiac or peripheral vascular diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Sustain a high level of patient care by communicating with patients, families, and physicians and co‑working to address their physical, general and psychosocial needs.
• Work under the direction and immediate supervision of the cardiologist or radiologist performing the procedure.
• Assist the cardiologist during procedures by operating ancillary equipment, anticipating and obtaining catheters, wires and other necessary inventory and medications as ordered.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local technical and professional regulations and accepted practice guidelines.
• Deliver quality, cost‑effective patient care in a professional manner.
• Maintain an environment of excellence that is patient‑focused, providing timely, compassionate, quality patient care.
• Promote and maintain a safe work environment for staff and patients, incorporating national patient safety initiatives.
• Prepare and update patient records accurately and legibly.
