Fusion Medical Staffing-Cath Lab is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Portland, OR. Opportunity to work 40 hours per week on days, with clinical support and comprehensive benefits.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of Cath Lab experience, BLS/ACLS, and ARRT/RCIS/RCES or equivalent certifications. Travel requirements and state licensure may apply. Join a dedicated team delivering high-quality cardiovascular care.

Qualifications

• One year’s recent experience as a Cardiac Cath Lab Tech
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification
• ARRT, RCES, or RCIS certification
• Current ACLS (AHA/ARC) certification
• Preferred: Radiologic Technologist license in compliance with state regulations
• Preferred: PALS (AHA/ARC) or ENPC certifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and position patients for cardiac catheterization, angioplasty, stent placement, electrophysiology studies, and other interventional procedures
• Assist physicians during procedures by passing catheters, wires, balloons, and stents, and operating fluoroscopy and hemodynamic monitoring equipment
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment, contrast injectors, and hemodynamic monitoring systems
• Scrub in and assist with sterile field setup while following infection control protocols
• Maintain documentation including patient records and equipment logs
• Adhere to radiation safety protocols and hospital policies
