Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a Cath Lab / EP Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Charlottesville, Virginia. The role features 40 hours per week, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM shifts, and a requirement for 2+ years of vascular studies experience with ARRT VI and BLS certification.

Responsibilities include imaging in the OR and interventional radiology, assisting with procedures such as angioplasty and carotid interventions, and conjunction with Siemens equipment and ultrasound.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience required.
• BLS and ARRT (VI) certification required.
• VA state license required or pending license accepted.
• BSN preferred.
• Trauma Level I experience preferred.
• Epic experience required.
• Experience with vascular studies and procedures required.
• Carotid stenting and thrombectomy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide imaging support in Cath Lab, OR and interventional radiology.
• Assist with vascular studies and endovascular interventions.
• Prepping access sites and using vascular closure systems.
• Operate Siemens equipment and ultrasound.
• Float within scope of practice as needed.
