Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Portland, Oregon. This travel role offers 40 hours per week, with 10-hour day shifts, and starts 11/09/2026.

You will join a team in the cardiac catheterization lab providing patient care and supporting interventional procedures. Requirements include current license, relevant credentials, and typically two years of Cath Lab experience.

Qualifications

• Current license in good standing.
• Appropriate specialty certifications/credentials.
• Two years of Cath Lab experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, safe, competent patient care in the Interventional Cardiology department.
• Assist in invasive cardiac or peripheral vascular diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Maintain high level of patient care through communication with patients, families, and physicians and coworkers to address needs.
• Work under the direction and immediate supervision of the cardiologist/radiologist.
• Assist during procedures by operating ancillary equipment, obtaining catheters, wires and medications as ordered.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines.
• Deliver quality, cost-effective patient care in a professional manner.
• Promote a safe, patient-focused environment.
• Prepare and update patient records accurately.
