Qualifications

• LEVEL I TRAUMA EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Must have 2 years of Cath Lab experience
• BLS Certification required
• ARRT Certification required if tech (must have ARRT that can scrub)
• AZ license MRTBE CRT if tech
