Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Travel Cath Lab Technologist to join a cardiovascular team across partner hospitals in the United States. This full-time travel role supports diagnostic and interventional procedures in state-of-the-art cath labs, with day-to-day duties aligned to physician and nursing teams.

The position offers a 13-week assignment in Oklahoma City, with a 4x10 schedule, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, plus on-call hours, competitive weekly pay, and opportunities for advanced imaging

Qualifications

• Requires graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology or Cardiovascular Technology program.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Cath Lab Technologist.
• ARRT/RCIS certification required or eligible.
• CPR and BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in cardiac catheterizations, angioplasties, stent placements, electrophysiology studies, and other interventional procedures.
• Operate fluoroscopy and imaging equipment with precision during procedures.
• Prepare and administer contrast media and monitor patient responses.
• Maintain sterile field and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and staff to optimize patient care.

Job Details:

• Location: Oklahoma City, OK
• Schedule: M-F (4x10) 0630-1700 + call (40 hours)
• Pay Package: $2,972 weekly gross (benefits eligible)
• System Experience: Siemens Icono Ceiling
• Contract Length: 13-weeks

About The Role:

As a Travel Cath Lab Technologist, you will be a key part of a specialized cardiovascular team, assisting in diagnostic and interventional cardiac and vascular procedures. Your skills will support physicians in performing minimally invasive treatments that enhance patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in cardiac catheterizations, angioplasties, stent placements, electrophysiology studies, and other interventional procedures.
• Operate fluoroscopy and other advanced imaging equipment to guide procedures with precision.
• Prepare and administer contrast media while monitoring patient responses.
• Maintain a sterile field and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other medical professionals to optimize patient care.

What We're Looking For:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology or Cardiovascular Technology program.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Cath Lab Technologist.
• Certifications:
  • ARRT registered in Radiography (R) or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS).
  • CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in cath lab equipment, critical thinking, and excellent patient care.
