VyTalent Solutions is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a hospital assignment in Washington, DC. The role involves performing diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures in the Cath Lab, with duties including sterile technique, equipment setup, and patient monitoring.

The position requires a minimum of 2 years of Cath Lab experience, at least one prior travel assignment, and certifications in BLS, ACLS, ARRT CI/VI, and CCI RCIS.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Cath Lab/Interventional procedures.
• At least 1 prior travel assignment required.
• Must hold BLS, ACLS, ARRT CI, ARRT VI and CCI RCIS certificates.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures in the Cath Lab.
• Maintain sterile technique and sterile field during procedures.
• Assist with equipment setup, room circulation, and sterile procedures.
• Monitor patients and recognize life-threatening arrhythmias.
• Prepare access sites and assist in the insertion/programming of AICDs and pacemakers.
