TotalMed Inc. is seeking a Cath Lab Technologist for an immediate travel assignment in Augusta, GA. The role requires 1 year of cath lab experience and involves scrub, monitoring and assisting in interventional cardiac procedures.

You will prepare rooms and equipment, manage supplies, record hemodynamic data, and contribute to patient care during procedures. This 26-week engagement offers 40 hours per week, 10-hour days, with shifts to support acute cardiac services.

Qualifikationen

• 1 year of cath lab experience.
• ARRT, BLS, CCI; RCIS preferred or state licensing.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and stock cath lab rooms and sterilize instruments.
• Prepare patient/equipment, drape patient, calibrate equipment and set up accessories.
• Operate and QC cath lab equipment and know related systems.
• Scrub in during procedures and assist physician with catheter maneuvers.
• Record hemodynamic, electrical and fluoroscopic data during procedures.
• Monitor patient status throughout cardiac catheterization procedures.
• Assist in life-saving measures such as CPR when needed.
