Job summary

Jackson HealthPros is seeking a Cath Lab Tech (Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) in St. Louis, MO to assist physicians and Cath Lab staff in diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures.

The role involves operating advanced imaging equipment to capture crucial data of the heart and vasculature, ensuring patient safety throughout the procedures. Ideal candidates have ARRT certification, 3+ years in Cath Lab scrub tech roles, and BLS/ACLS credentials.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification required as technologist credential.
• Minimum 3 years Cath Lab scrub tech experience.
• Minimum 2 years Cath Lab hospital setting experience.
• BLS and ACLS certification required (AHA preferred).
• State licensure as required; pending license accepted.
• Experience with diagnostic cardiac procedures, stents, STEMI care, vascular, ICDs, pacemakers, and carotid stenting.
• EPIC charting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians and Cath Lab personnel in diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures.
• Operate advanced imaging equipment to capture data of the heart and vasculature.
• Maintain sterile field and ensure patient safety during procedures.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary Cath Lab team to optimize patient outcomes.
