Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing seeks a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a contract in Macon, Georgia. The role encompasses 40 hours per week, with 8-hour day shifts, in the cardiac catheterization lab under cardiology/radiology supervision.

Start date is 09/28/2026 for 12 weeks. Travel benefits include housing assistance, credentialing fee coverage, and comprehensive health benefits. Previous Cath Lab experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current license in good standing.
• Appropriate specialty certifications/credentials.
• Two years of Cath Lab experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with patient care in the cardiac catheterization lab.
• Assist in invasive cardiac or peripheral vascular diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Maintain a high level of patient care through communication with patients, families and physicians.
• Operate ancillary equipment, obtain catheters, wires and medications as ordered.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines.
• Deliver professional, cost-effective patient care.
• Maintain a safe, patient-focused environment.
• Prepare and update patient records accurately.
