Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Cath Lab Tech for a 13-week assignment in Houston, TX. You will support diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures, prepare patients and equipment, monitor hemodynamics, and assist physicians with catheters and devices.

The role requires 1 year of Cath Lab experience, current BLS/ACLS, and ARRT/RCES/RCIS certifications, with benefits including comprehensive health coverage and travel pay support.

Qualifications

• One year of recent Cardiac Cath Lab Tech experience
• Current BLS certification
• ARRT/RCES/RCIS certification
• Current ACLS certification

Responsibilities

• Prepare and position patients for cardiac catheterization and related procedures
• Assist physicians during procedures by passing tools and operating monitoring equipment
• Operate imaging equipment and maintain sterile technique
• Scrub in and assist with sterile field setup
• Maintain documentation of patient data and equipment logs
• Assist with inventory and ensure proper storage of supplies
• Adhere to radiation safety and hospital policies
