Thrive Staffing is seeking a Travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Hudson, FL. The role involves assisting with catheterizations, maintaining cath lab equipment, and ensuring patient safety during procedures.

The position requires 1+ year of Cath Lab experience and Cardiovascular Technology certification. Shifts are 10 hours, days, with a typical 40-hour work week and participation in a rotating schedule including some weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Cath Lab or similar setting.
• Current certification in cardiovascular technology.
• Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy, hemodynamics, and related technologies.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians during catheterization procedures.
• Prepare and maintain the cath lab equipment.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any abnormalities.
• Maintain and adhere to sterile techniques and protocols.
• Document and maintain accurate records of procedures.
