Job summary

TotalMed Allied in Rahway, New Jersey is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment. The role requires 1 year of Cath Lab experience, BLS/ACLS, and ARRT (R) CI or RCIS certification where applicable. You will scrub, prepare labs and assist physicians during advanced cardiac procedures.

The position features 12-hour day shifts, 36 hours per week, and travel employment with benefits through TotalMed Allied.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Cath Lab experience required
• BLS, ACLS, ARRT (R) CI preferred or CCI-RCIS certification
• State licensing as required

Responsibilities

• Prepare Cardiac Lab procedure rooms and ensure stock and sterilization
• Prepare patients and equipment for procedures and calibrate instruments
• Operate and quality-check Cath Lab equipment
• Scrub in and assist physicians with catheter maneuvers
• Record hemodynamic data and monitor patient status during procedures
• Assist with life-saving measures including CPR when needed
