MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for Cardiac Cath Lab in Des Moines, Iowa. This 13-week assignment features 40 hours per week with 16-hour night shifts, offering competitive pay and travel benefits.

As a Cath Lab RN, you will perform angioplasties, assist during procedures, and monitor patients in a fast-paced clinical environment. Applicants must hold an active RN license, BLS/ACLS, and 18 months of Cath Lab experience.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited nursing program
• BLS & ACLS certifications
• Eighteen months of recent Cath Lab experience

Responsibilities

• Perform angioplasties, implant pacemakers, and diagnose cardiac conditions via invasive catheterization.
• Identify blockages, assist physicians during procedures, and monitor patient status.
• Administer interventional procedures like catheterizations, angioplasties, and pacemaker/defibrillator implants.
