Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Electrophysiology Lab for a travel nursing job in York, Pennsylvania. The assignment runs 13 weeks with 40 hours per week and a 10-hour day shift in the Cath Lab.

As a Cath Lab Travel Nurse you will assist physicians during cardiac catheterization, angioplasties, stent placements and electrophysiology procedures while maintaining EKG monitoring and patient care in a fast-paced cardiovascular surgical environment.

Qualifications

• ACLS and BLS certifications required with 2 years of acute care experience.
• Travel RN for Cath Lab with 13-week assignment and 40 hours per week.
• Shift: 10 hours, days; fast-paced cardiovascular environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology procedures.
• Support during angioplasties and stent placements.
• Monitor EKG and patient status; ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Move and assist with patient transfer and positioning as needed in a busy Cath Lab.
