Qualifications
- Active RN license (state-specific or compact) required.
- Previous experience in cardiac catheterization lab setting.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Familiarity with monitoring, circulating, and scrubbing Cath Lab cases.
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
- Comfort with a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist physicians in diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures.
- Monitor patient status before, during, and after procedures.
- Administer medications as ordered and maintain accurate documentation.
- Operate specialized Cath Lab equipment; ensure sterile practices.
- Educate patients and families regarding procedures and post-care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
