MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Cardiac Cath Lab for a travel nursing job in Cincinnati, Ohio. The RN will work 10-hour days on a 13-week assignment, involved in angioplasties and pacemaker procedures, with duties across invasive catheterization care.

Requirements include active RN license, nursing degree, BLS & ACLS, and 18 months Cath Lab experience. Travel benefits include weekly pay, housing options, health and life insurance, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Active RN license
• Degree from accredited nursing program
• BLS & ACLS certifications
• 18 months of recent experience in an Acute Care Cath Lab

Responsibilities

• Perform angioplasties, implant pacemakers and diagnose cardiac conditions with an invasive catheterization procedure.
• Administer care for heart disease and heart attack patients by obtaining visual diagnostics of the arteries of the heart.
• Identify blockages and assist the physician during procedures, monitoring patient status.
