TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Cardiac Cath Lab for a travel nursing job in Pontiac, Michigan. The right RN should have 1-2 years recent acute care experience and ACLS/BLS certifications.

The role involves assisting during cardiac catheterization, angioplasty, and electrophysiology in a cardiovascular surgical environment. Responsibilities include learning complex technologies, supporting physicians during procedures, and helping with pacemakers and ICDs.

Qualifications

• RN with Cardiac Cath Lab experience preferred.
• 1-2 years recent acute care experience required.

Responsibilities

• Learn complex technologies and assist during angioplasty, cardiac catheterization, and electrophysiology.
• Assist physicians with cardiac catheterization to diagnose or treat heart conditions.
• Support with angioplasties, valvuloplasties and stent placements.
• Help implant pacemakers and ICDs.
