Job summary

TotalMed is seeking a travel nurse RN for the Cardiac Cath Lab in Victoria, Texas for a 13-week assignment. You will assist with angioplasty, catheterization, and electrophysiology, supporting a cardiovascular surgical team. This travel role requires 1–2 years of acute care experience and ACLS/BLS certifications.

Join a fast-paced environment where you’ll monitor EKG equipment and assist during procedures, with a tax-free stipend and weekly pay for a 40-hour workweek.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of recent acute care nursing experience.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Learn complex technologies effectively.
• Assist physicians with cardiac catheterization to diagnose heart conditions or for treatment.
• Assist with angioplasties, valvuloplasties and stent placements.
• Help implant pacemakers and implantable cardioverter-defibrillators (ICDs).
