Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Travel Cath Lab RN for a 13-week assignment in Midland, MI. The RN will prepare patients for cardiac catheterization, assist during interventions, and monitor recovery, collaborating with cardiology teams to ensure safety and high-quality care.

The role requires one year of Cath Lab RN experience, an active RN license, and current BLS/ACLS. Preferred certifications include PALS/ENPC or RCIS to enhance candidacy.

Qualifications

• One year’s recent experience as a Cath Lab RN.
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients prior to procedures and review medical history.
• Position patients and ensure EKG leads are properly placed.
• Assist physicians during procedures with catheters, wires, balloons, and stents.
• Operate and monitor hemodynamic equipment and respond to rhythm changes.
• Post-procedure care and monitoring of recovery.
