Job summary

HealthForce Healthcare seeks a Registered Nurse for a travel assignment in the Cath Lab at Douglasville, GA. Start 11/02/2026 for 13 weeks, 40 hours per week on a 5x8 schedule (8-hour shifts). Inpatient acute care, cath lab environment under Site Manager direction.

Experience in cath labs/interventional procedures preferred; active GA RN license or eligibility required; housing/travel support and credentialing assistance provided where available.

Qualifications

• GA RN license or eligibility to practice GA
• Cath Lab or interventional procedure experience preferred
• Ability to work 8-hour shifts within a 5x8 schedule (40 hours/week)

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care for patients undergoing interventional procedures in the cath lab, under the Site Manager's direction
• Monitor patient status during procedures, manage hemodynamic data, and administer medications as permitted
• Prepare, position, and assist with procedures; operate or troubleshoot cath lab equipment as applicable; maintain sterile technique
• Document vital signs, procedural details, medication administration, and post-procedure recovery information accurately
• Collaborate with physicians, technologists, and the multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and quality care
• Adhere to infection control, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements; participate in ongoing performance improvement efforts as needed
