Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Dallas, TX. The role involves assisting in diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures, scrubbing, and monitoring in a busy cardiac cath lab.

You must be able to stand for long periods and have required certifications. The position offers 40 hours per week, 10-hour shifts, and a tax-free stipend; travel experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in Cath Lab or related field.
• BLS and ACLS certified.
• AR RT(R)-CI preferred or CCI-RCIS certification, and state licensing as required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Cardiac Lab procedure rooms and stock equipment.
• Prepare patient and equipment for procedures and calibrate devices.
• Operate and monitor cardiac lab equipment and record hemodynamic data.
• Scrub in during procedures and assist physicians with catheters.
• Monitor patient hemodynamics during procedures and participate in CPR if needed.
