Job summary
American Traveler is seeking a Travel Cath Lab / EP Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Rockford, Illinois. This role requires 2+ years of interventional experience and ARRT certification, with BLS/ACLS/PALS.
The position offers 40 hours weekly, day shifts with on-call rotation, and a level 1 trauma center environment supporting advanced cardiac, neuro, radiology and electrophysiology procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience required
- Graduate of accredited radiology program
- ARRT certification required, plus ARRT(VI) or ARRT(CI)
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- State radiography license required if applicable, must be currently active
- Level 1 Trauma Center experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Prepare patients and maintain sterile technique
- Administer contrast and monitor radiation safety
- Acquire images and provide post-procedural care
- Cross-train across Interventional Cardiology, Interventional Neurology, Interventional Radiology, and Electrophysiology procedures
