Job summary

Healthforce is seeking a Cath Lab Technologist for a travel assignment in Olympia, WA, starting 09/14/2026 for several weeks. The role supports left/right heart cath, PCI/angioplasty, implants, and EPIC charting in a hospital Cardiac Cath Services team.

Candidates must hold WA RT or CIS license, BLS/ACLS, ARRT-R or RCIS, and have at least 1 year Cath Lab experience, with travel experience. On-call duties and holidays apply; travel compensation is provided.

Qualifications

WA RT or CIS state license active (compact license must be in hand at submission).
BLS and ACLS required.
One of: ARRT-R or RCIS.
Minimum 1 year Cath Lab experience (required).
Travel experience required; first-time travelers not accepted.
Community hospital experience required.
EPIC charting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide cath lab circulation/scrub support for left and right heart catheterizations.
Perform PCI/angioplasty procedures, stent placement, rotablator, and CTO interventions.
Support mechanical circulatory devices (e.g., Impella, IABP) and device management for pacemakers and AICDs.
Assist with structural heart and EP procedures (TAVR, balloon valvuloplasty, Watchman; EPS; Afib/Flutter ablations; BiV and pacemaker implants).
Manage charting in the EPIC system and maintain accurate procedural documentation.
Collaborate with the cardiac cath team and respond to intra-procedural alarms and emergent needs.
