Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a Cardiovascular Sonographer (Echo/Vascular) for a Level 3 Trauma Center assignment. This role requires 2+ years of cardiovascular sonography with a full vascular skill set and travel experience.

You will perform non-invasive vascular studies and 7:30 AM–4:00 PM shifts with weekly call, using Epic EMR, and may float across local campuses. ARDMS/CCI and BLS are required; travel housing and licensure reimbursements are provided.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of cardiovascular sonography experience with a full vascular skill set.
Travel experience required.
Epic EMR experience required.
Active BLS certification (AHA preferred; ARC or US Military accepted) and ARDMS/CCI certification required.

Responsibilities

Non-Invasive department imaging at a Level 3 Trauma Center.
5x8 hour day shifts from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
Weeknight call once weekly and every third weekend.
Average caseload of 7-8 scans per day; full vascular studies (renal, pre-op, pain mapping).
May float within the same discipline across local campuses.
Uses Epic EMR and contributes to the interdisciplinary care team.
