Job summary
Connected Health Care, LLC seeks a Direct Hire Cardiovascular Step-Down Nurse for a 2-week assignment in Harrison, Arkansas. You will provide direct patient care in a cardiovascular step-down unit with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits, including weekly pay and travel opportunities.
Responsibilities include direct patient assessment, care planning, and collaboration with the healthcare team.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with an ADN; BSN preferred.
- Hold a current Arkansas or Compact RN license in good standing.
- Maintain current BLS certification.
- Maintain ACLS certification; PALS encouraged but not required.
- At least 1 year RN experience; 2+ years preferred.
- Cardiovascular or medical-surgical step-down experience.
- Experience providing direct patient care in a hospital setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in electronic documentation.
- Willing to relocate to Harrison area and arrange housing.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to cardiovascular step-down unit.
- Assess conditions, develop care plans, implement interventions, evaluate outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team on evidence-based care.
- Monitor patients, recognize changes, initiate interventions.
- Document assessments, care delivery, responses, and plans in medical record.
