American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Cardiac Med/Surg night shift position requiring IL RN licensure and Epic EMR proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Work in a hospital setting on a dedicated cardiac medical-surgical unit
• Night shift schedule from 7:00pm to 7:30am, three 12-hour shifts per week
• Patient population includes adults with cardiac conditions
• Use of Epic for charting is required
• Facility is Level 1 Trauma
• Perform and document comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Implement nursing interventions and adjust care based on patient evaluation
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and collaborate with the healthcare team
• Night shift role may require flexibility on weekends and holidays as needed by the facility
• Return travelers may not exceed one continuous year assignment at this facility and must take a 6-month break in service before returning
• RTO (requested time off) may not exceed 7 days per 13-week contract
• Travel partners are not accepted for this assignment

Requirements
