  • Skills: Accessing/Managing Ports, Blood Product Administration, Cardiac Telemetry, Central line care/management, Heparin Protocols, Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs), Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Isolation Precautions/PPE, IV insulin protocols, Manage Cardiac drips- no titration, MS/Tele, Peripheral Line Care/Management, Pacemakers/Temporary/Permanent, Post Cardiac Angiogram, Telemetry, TR Band, PICC line management, Post MI, Pre/Post Cardiac Cath, Starting and maintaining IVs, Telemetry - on the unit monitoring, Telemetry - remote monitoring, Use of Rapid Response/Code teams
